PROJECTS
Over his career Paul Dwyer was involved in many different projects while at Reed Exhibitions & Informa Markets; these were to drive growth, improve customer experience and extract data from those interactions and use in the future.
While at Informa, Paul oversaw, Procurement, Data, Customer Service & Onsite IT. Paul worked to consolidate different systems & introduce Tech to improve the customer journey. Also at Informa Paul consolidated Vendors & identified economy of scales. While at Reed, Paul oversaw Registration and was at the forefront of designing better registration experience for customers. Paul drove the Floor Plan Pricing Financial models and implemented to increase yield and allow for pricing flexibility. Paul also worked with InGo to drive growth and analyze different levels of buyers influence (C-Suite vs Small Buyers) .
Paul also has extensive knowledge of working with Associations and building strong relationships. with Vendors.
During all of this, Paul always kept an eye on the customer, data, & financial impact(s) of any and all decisions & this ability will help to serve you & your customer base going forward.

After working for 15 years at Reed Exhibitions & 5 years at Informa Markets and driving many of the key initiatives Paul Dwyer wanted to share that passion and work with other Event organizers & help grow their business.
